I've spent  decades researching and writing about technology—from enterprise and service provider networks to cybersecurity, data centers, e-commerce, IoT, flash memory, IoT, SaaS and microprocessors. I've led content and PR programs for dozens of tech startups and leaders, always focused on one goal: making complex innovations accessible and compelling for buyers.

I hold MA and BA degrees in English/Creative Writing from San Francisco State University, have authored 15 books about software and internet marketing, am a National Magazine Award nominee, and work with clients across North America from my office in Southern California.
